We are a certification that attests to the sustainable practices of tourism businesses.
But that’s not all we are!

The SeloXis seal process also includes mapping and offsetting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

To do this, instead of buying carbon credits, certified companies offset their emissions by becoming partners in initiatives that help preserve the environment and generate income for local communities.

Using blockchain technology, in this last phase of the process the owners of accredited projects can track how the amount paid for offsetting emissions is being invested.

PRISCILA BENTES | CEO

She has a degree in Fine Arts and Visual Communication from PUC-RJ and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from UFSC. Founding partner of Circuito Elegante in 2003. Responsible for creating the Safe&Clean labels in partnership with Bureau Veritas and the XIS ESG sustainability label for tourism.

ALINE SCHNEIDERS | Certification Director

Director of ESG Certification at SeloXis. She is GRI certified, a doctoral student in regenerative agriculture at Unicamp, coordinator of postgraduate courses in sustainability and ESG and a mentor and consultant in ESG incorporation.

CRISTIANA GOUVÊA | Director of Social Projects

A journalist and publicist with a degree from PUC-RJ, she has more than two decades of experience in communication and social responsibility. With a career dedicated to responsible communication and the development of purposeful projects, Cristiana brings to SeloXIS her vast experience in articulating narratives that connect companies to relevant social causes.
